WORK HISTORY

Ultium Cells LLC – Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator (2024-Present)

Saw the company through all phases of their initial launch cycle. Implemented a Learning Management System (ADP), importing previous training records, training supervisors on utilization of the system, ongoing troubleshooting, and all content development. Guided the development of mentorship programs, Journeyman pathways, Apprenticeships, and leadership development career pathways. Complex project planning and stakeholder communication.

PFCU Credit Union – Trainer (2020-2024), Subject Matter Expert (2019-2020)

Trains, on-boards, and schedules new employees. Interfaces with HR and IT to situate new employees in their work environment as efficiently and stress-free as possible. Uses company strategic goals to develop and administer ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, including leadership development, mentoring, career pathways, and role-specific training. Sessions are designed and delivered in diverse formats (virtual, in-person, recorded, hybrid, etc.) and adapted for generationally diverse audiences (staff ages range from 16 through retirement). Increased internal service scores by 34% in first year as a trainer by implementing measurable, results-focused solutions. Created support materials (handouts, activities, etc.) and provided project management and needs assessment for a wide variety of topics internally and externally.

End Violent Encounters Inc. – Community Outreach Coordinator (2018-2019)

Educated the community on issues of teen dating violence, domestic violence, sexual
assault, elder abuse, and stalking. Created, marketed, and implemented programs for
preventing violence (training community members on bystander intervention, healthy
relationships, etc.). Designed training programs from scratch, using PowerPoint, Google
Slides, and Adobe design.

Great Lakes Christian College – Resident Assistant & Student Success Specialist (2016-2018)

Served as both an academic tutor and personal life advisor for students in the emerging scholars program. As an R.A., supervised students in the women’s dorm, as well as planning and organizing activities for the college community for on campus, off campus, and dual enrolled students.

The Walt Disney Company – Intern & Leadership Council (2015-2016)

Delivered exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Selected out of 10,000+ interns to represent the United States as one of 15 members of the cross-cultural “Participant Leadership Council,” meeting with industry leaders and implementing solutions to observed problems within the global intern community.

Lake Ann Camp – Counselor (2014-2016)

Advised, mentored, and counseled campers between the ages of eight and eighteen years old. Administered minimal first aid when necessary. Maintained responsibility for the well-being of five to fifteen campers at a time, for six-day periods. Communicated with camp directors and parents of campers to ensure that quality service was being provided for the campers. Continually followed-up with campers throughout the school year following their camp experience.

Blue Water Martial Arts – Graphic Designer and Instructor (2010-Present)

Communicated with parents, students, and fellow teachers. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task. In addition to martial arts instruction for students of all ages (including adults), used organizational skills to plan events (parties, specialized classes, fundraisers, etc.). Achieved highest level awarded through “Certified Instructor Training” program, along with the rank of Third Degree Black Belt, training under the first ever American Black Belt.
